EasyClaw is a platform that allows users to deploy AI assistants across multiple channels (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp). The Service provides access to various AI models including Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.0, and Grok.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for the security of your API keys. EasyClaw stores your API keys securely, but you acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping your keys confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your API keys.

5. Usage Limits

Free tier users are limited to 3 messages per bot. Premium subscribers have unlimited messages. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyClaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Payment and Refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasyClaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
